Hadi Shehata
Founder & CEO
Hadi Shehata founded Kapstone following a career spanning development, retail asset strategy, leasing and commercial performance across Australia and the GCC.
His 24 years in the industry include roles with JLL in Australia, Emaar and Al-Futtaim Malls in Dubai. Working inside major developer, landlord and institutional asset environments has shaped his understanding of how commercial decisions translate into day-to-day operations and long-term performance.
At Kapstone, Hadi leads an approach built around the commercial objectives of each asset. Senior leadership remains involved from definition through delivery, with specialist capability brought together around the requirements of the project.
